As Diogo Dalot is ready to return to Manchester United, Milan will have to sign at least one full-back to be considered covered for next season. Several names have been mentioned lately, Elseid Hysaj being one of them.
The Albanian’s contract with Napoli will expire at the end of the month and as reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), could be a wild card for Milan. Able to play on both sides of the defense, he could be very useful.
Pierre Kalulu impressed last season and is expected to be the deputy on the right, but he has also been used as a central defender. Therefore, another signing from right-back cannot be ruled out.
If instead Milan chose Hysaj, they would not need another purchase because they can play on both sides. Just like Diogo Dalot, who was an important player for the Rossoneri last season with his versatility.
