Milan brought Diogo Dalot onto the pitch last summer to strengthen the defense, in need of a full-back who can play on both sides. The Portuguese impressed especially in the second half of the season, but his future is uncertain.
With the return of the Portuguese international to Man Utd, at least initially, the Rossoneri will have to find a new full-back. They have identified some targets but as reported by MilanNews, Dalot is one of them.
The management is convinced by Dalot and his qualities but the situation is also very complicated. Man Utd slapped a € 15-20 million price tag on the full-back and this is considered too much by AC Milan.
The Rossoneri are waiting to see if there will be an opening, both to extend the loan and to lower the price. For now, therefore, Dalot’s future remains very uncertain and the next few weeks should be decisive.
